ACHIEVING NEW YEAR RESOLUTION.

New year, New me.
Hello, greet everybody for here o (in Ayar Starr's voice).
The third month of the year is here and I am here to break tables, I am here to attack you. Yes you!!!
This might sound a little bit harsh but then you people  with the "New year, New Me" slang, I just want to ask you; are you still new abi I should face front?
As the new year rolls in, we often take the opportunity to make resolutions and set goals for the year. Despite our good intentions, many of these resolutions end up being abandoned within the first few months.
The problem with most new year resolutions is that they are often vague and not well-defined. For example, someone might say they want to "get in shape" or "be more organized." While these are admirable goals, they are not specific enough to be achievable. Without clear objectives and a plan of action, it's easy to lose motivation or become overwhelmed.
Another issue with new year resolutions is that they are often unrealistic. We tend to set lofty goals without considering the time, resources, and effort required to achieve them. For example, someone might decide they want to run a marathon without ever having run a mile before. While this is an admirable goal, it's not realistic without proper training and preparation.
So, how can we avoid these common pitfalls and achieve our new year resolutions? Here are some tips:

Set specific, measurable goals. Rather than setting broad goals like "get in shape," set specific, measurable goals like "lose 10 pounds in three months" or "run a 5K in six months." This way, you have a clear objective to work towards and can track your progress along the way.

Break your goals down into smaller steps. Achieving a big goal can be overwhelming, so it's important to break it down into smaller, more manageable steps. For example, if your goal is to run a 5K in six months, start by running a mile without stopping, then work your way up to two miles, three miles, and so on.

Create a plan of action. Once you have your goals and smaller steps outlined, create a plan of action for achieving them. This might include scheduling time for workouts, meal planning, or enlisting the help of a personal trainer or coach.

Be realistic. Set goals that are realistic and achievable based on your current lifestyle and resources. For example, if you work long hours and have a busy schedule, setting a goal to work out six days a week might not be realistic.

Find accountability. Having someone to hold you accountable can be a powerful motivator. Find a friend or family member to workout with or hire a personal trainer or coach to keep you on track.

Celebrate your progress. Don't forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Each small step towards your goal is a victory, so take time to acknowledge and celebrate your achievements.

In Conclusion, I just want you to know that it's not too late to still go on with your resolution. The year is still a long way to go and I am proud of how far you have come. As usual, I love you and I'm rooting for you.
Love and light, cheers!
